Javon Brame is a dynamic leader and community advocate known for his unwavering commitment to philanthropy, education, and civic engagement. With over a decade of experience in the Colorado Community College system, Javon rose in the ranks and served as Dean of Students and Associate Vice President of Student Affairs, earning recognition as Administrator of the Year in 2021. In his professional career, he currently excels as a Senior Director of Client Success at CampusWorks, leading teams in achieving impactful outcomes for higher education institutions across North America. Beyond his professional achievements, Javon is deeply involved in community initiatives, serving on multiple nonprofit boards and supporting the launch of the Education Justice for Black Coloradans initiative to address educational disparities. His thoughtful and intentional approach to community engagement, coupled with his national recognition in philanthropy, underscores his commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.
