Alex Middleton

Alex Middleton spearheads the strategic, cultural, and operational initiatives at The Rippel Foundation. She works to ensure the team thrives in alignment with Rippel’s mission, that strategic objectives are advanced, and that goals are achieved. Before this role, Alex was the operations manager for the Beacon Fund, where she led strategic initiatives and played a vital role in enhancing team inclusivity and cohesion. Her expertise in organizational strategy is underpinned by a deep commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).  Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Gender Studies from Sewanee: The University of the South. In her free time, Alex enjoys exploring new restaurants and hiking with her dog, Sol.
