Year-end lists are always subjective. And the list of best books can be particularly uninspiring, i.e., books that have no connection to us or our journey. So instead of following other lists, we reached out to our EDCI Alum to get a sense of the books that had a particular valence for them. These books have inspired black leadership, forced us to shift how we work, live, and lead, and helped us reimagine the future for our collective communities.
